Plum Tree is so cosy as it is heated by biomass heating, always an abundance of hot water, and a log burner. The cottage is perfect to visit all year round. The galley kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, slow cooker, coffee machine, fridge, table and chairs. The galley kitchen is adjacent to the small sitting room which has a comfortable sofa, wood burner, smart TV and French windows out to the south facing patio with lovely swing seats and recliners, table and chairs. Spiral stairs wind their way up through the beams to the bedroom with a new super comfortable divan king-size bed and another set of French windows and two chairs where you can relax and enjoy a refreshment and take in the splendid view morning, noon or night. Plum Tree Cottage is perfect for one or two people looking for a quirky, charming cottage on the west side of Plum Braes Barn next to Garden Bank Cottage which is a ground level cottage.
